Serenity Bridal ("The Company") reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, and the User Agreement, at any time without notice or obligation. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified Terms and Conditions and the User Agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, all content and materials contained within the serenitybridaljewelry.com website, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name/s, images, and logos are the exclusive intellectual property owned or licensed by Serenity Bridal and are protected by United States and international copyright and other intellectual property protection laws. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of any content on this website, is strictly prohibited, unless specifically authorized by Serenity Bridal through its advanced written consent by its officers and/or assigns.


Product Availability

To the best of our knowledge and ability, all products listed on Serenity Bridal.com are in stock and ready for delivery unless specifically marked as out of stock on an individual product web page. The Company normally does not accept back orders for items listed as out of stock.  In rare instances, we may take your order and then discover that the product is not available for immediate shipping. If some unforeseen occurrence should delay your order, you will be contacted immediately with more information as long as you provided your contact information such as your name, e-mail address and/or telephone number.


Shipping

The Company currently offers USPS shipping with multiple delivery options. Serenitybridaljewelry.com may decide to ship using a different method, depending on the circumstance - the shipping selection is at our discretion. If you opt for Priority or Express shipping, we most likely will ship via the option you select. Please allow ample carrier delivery time depending upon which shipping selection you decide upon and your in proximity to Dayton, Ohio USA. Reference our separate shipping policy for a summary of shipping and delivery.


Delivery Issues

The Company is not responsible for the acts and conduct of the shipping carriers used to transport your purchases.  The Company is also not responsible for the acts and events affecting your deliveries which are outside of our control, however and from whoever caused. If you receive a damaged item during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. If the shipping carrier shows the item marked as delivered, then the package is your responsibility. We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered.


How your Refund is processed

We refund the purchase price of the returned merchandise, minus the return shipping fee, as soon as we receive the return shipment. We will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed on our end. Refunds are in the form of original payment, so please note that your credit card company may take up to ten (10) additional business days to post the refund to your account statement. If the original form of payment was a gift card, a new gift card will be sent to you within two (2) weeks.
